We went to Mombasa, Zanzibar, and Arusha to cover a conference. The real story turned out to be the people hosting it. A 36-minute documentary following the Share team, the first blockchain-backed ISP licensed in Kenya, building internet infrastructure from the subsea cable level to the end user. Since filming, Share has launched in Mombasa and Nairobi to tens of thousands of paying customers, grown to 20 people, and closed a $3 million seed round from Greenfield Capital.
